CBS has career opportunities for inside, senior and major account Business Development Representatives in the Lexington, KY area for candidates who have experience selling software or any office technology products and solutions.

 

We offer a base salary plus generous commissions to attract and retain our Business Development Reps. We provide continuous training on equipment and technology solutions plus industry specific classes to help our reps succeed and to advance their careers.

 

Development Rep Duties:

-Perform territory/call management

-Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets each month.

-Develop and maintain good customer relations in assigned territory or account list.

-Responsible for tools, laptop, and other equipment assigned.

-Properly fill out assigned reports in the CRM completely and on time.

-Must review, update, and be knowledgeable on company policies.

-Responsible for continued development of skills through formal training, self-study, and on-the-job training.
